Hello, My Name is Ken DeMarco, I have more than 20 years of tech support experience, I started off at a small computer store in North San Diego County as a sales rep, moved up to the support department. I then later on to CompUSA for a few years and was brave enough to move on to my own business after a customer there offered me a good bit of money to come to his office and help out.

I have been working on home computers, office computers, printers and even copiers, making them all sing together so the office runs smoothly.

I have expanded to do Servers, Exchange Servers, VM systems, and more, help with all forms of MS office packages. I also work on Apple computers.

I can help you with your iPhone, and Android phone if you need.

Many times support can be done from remote, if your an active customer of mine, most of the time remote tech support is done at no charge.

I’m going to be attending an online College to obtain my Masters Degree in Cyber Security.
